Alyce Franklin

Ms. Franklin has over twenty years of experience in providing leadership, management, and oversight of administrative, operational, and financial affairs, including supporting compliance and budget management, strategic financial planning, and internal and external audits. She led a multi-year budget planning process focused on revenue generation and cost reduction. Ms. Franklin has served in a series of leadership roles with progressive responsibility, such as assistant vice president of financial planning and control, director of budget, associate director of budget, budget officer, and accountant within higher education, public school K-12, and a municipality. She also held the role of adjunct professor for public budgeting and financial management.

Ms. Franklin holds a bachelor of science business administration in accounting from Thomas Edison State University, and a master of public administration degree in nonprofit management from Kean University.
