With twenty years in education, Mr. Lewis has increased college access and expanded workforce opportunities – for marginalized youth, young adults, and adult learners – throughout the education ecosystem. He has successfully transitioned students to college as a trainer and college counselor at Posse DC and KIPP DC, respectively. Mr. Lewis facilitated marketing and communications to tribal colleges and universities across the country as the assistant director of the Washington Internships for Native Students (WINS) at American University. He served as manager of talent acquisition and campus relations at the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and provided federal internships throughout the country to HBCU students. Entrepreneurially, Mr. Lewis has directed college and career programming and capacity-building services for government agencies and nonprofits in the DC metropolitan area.

He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Florida A&M University, and earned his master’s degree in education leadership, organizations, and entrepreneurship at Harvard University.
