Carrie Klis was named director of advancement initiatives in November 2022. She joined Pathways as director of special initiatives in February 2021. She previously served as director of operations for the Turrell Fund, a foundation supporting early childhood, K-12 education, arts & music, and social service grantees in New Jersey and Vermont.

Ms. Klis has extensive experience in event planning, logistics, business consulting, and financial management.

She received her bachelor of arts from the University of Michigan. She is a native of Michigan and currently lives with her family in Montclair, NJ.
